Mitch Hodge is a philosopher and a classicist who fell in love with the web when he first logged on in 1995. Realizing the potential of the Web, Mitch was constantly exploring the new medium. The gathering of minds, the immediate transmission of information, and the creative possibilities fired his imagination.

Little by little from 1995-97 Mitch picked up bits and pieces of html and other web programming techniques, and then in Febuary of 1997 Mitch created his very first web page devoted to philosophy and classical studies, The Metis of Zeus. This first site was crude, and inefficient. The background alone was nearly 135 kb! Soon, however, from study of other web sites and the help of computer books and occassional tutors, Mitch was coding HTML pages easily and effectively.

As the technology available on the web has advanced, so has Mitch's design ability. Now, not only does he code pages, but he also uses some of the most advanced WYSIWYG publishers available. He has become proficient in many of the new languages of the web such as javascript and DHTML.

Realizing that the potential of the World Wide Web has just barely been tapped, and eager to push the technology to the limit with high-performance and high-tech designs and graphics, Mitch launched Metis Productions to provide an expansive, and multi-layered resource for those wishing to etch a name for themselves, or their company, on the web. Metis Productions offers the client 100% performance and satisfaction, and assures the site visitor a pleasurable multi-media extravaganza which will create the desire for several returns.

If this is the type of untapped potential you are looking for, then contact Metis Productions.
